By accessing or using the 1229 Spa website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate the booking of short-term vacation rentals at 1229 Spa. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Submitting a booking request and payment through the Site constitutes an offer to rent the Property under the terms of our Rental Agreement. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit payment and a confirmation email from Beach Vibes 1229, LLC. All bookings are subject to availability.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. See our Rental Agreement for full payment terms.

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Beach Vibes 1229, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written consent.

Beach Vibes 1229, LLC and its owners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your stay at the Property. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your booking.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beach Vibes 1229, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your stay at the Property, or your violation of these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked sites. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beaufort County, South Carolina.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
