Cancellation Policy

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation at 1229 Spa. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
Cancellation Windows
The following cancellation terms apply based on when notice is received:
Early Departure
If the Guest chooses to depart before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for unused nights. The full rental amount remains due as agreed.
No-Shows
If the Guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show. The full rental amount is non-refundable, and the Property may be made available to other guests.
Force Majeure
In the event of a government-mandated evacuation order or natural disaster that makes the Property uninhabitable during the reserved dates, the Guest will receive a full refund or credit for the affected dates. Travel advisories, personal emergencies, or inclement weather that does not result in a mandatory evacuation do not qualify for a refund.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days prior to the original check-in date. Date changes within 30 days of check-in are treated as a cancellation and re-booking under the applicable cancellation terms.

To cancel a reservation, please contact us at [email protected] or (724) 272-3275. Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to be considered valid. The cancellation date is the date the written notice is received by Beach Vibes 1229, LLC.
