Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation with Beach Vibes 1229, LLC. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date. If the reservation is made within 30 days of the check-in date, the full rental amount is due at the time of booking.

The following cancellation terms apply based on when notice is received:

If the Guest chooses to depart before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for unused nights. The full rental amount remains due as agreed.

If the Guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show. The full rental amount is non-refundable, and the Property may be made available to other guests.

In the event of a government-mandated evacuation order or natural disaster that makes the Property uninhabitable during the reserved dates, the Guest will receive a full refund or credit for the affected dates. Travel advisories, personal emergencies, or inclement weather that does not result in a mandatory evacuation do not qualify for a refund.

Reservations cannot be modified. To change dates, the existing reservation must be cancelled and a new booking made at the current rate. Standard cancellation terms apply.

This rental does not include trip insurance. Guests are encouraged to purchase independent travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

To cancel a reservation, please contact us at [email protected]. Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to be considered valid. The cancellation date is the date the written notice is received by Beach Vibes 1229, LLC.
